Cognition Performance+ is a triple action brain formula which supports; focus, learning and information processing & memory. This formulation contains bacopa monnieri, alpinia galanga (enXtra®) and nicotinamide riboside chloride. Nicotinamide riboside chloride supports energy levels and energy production. Factors that can affect mental focus include brain fog, stress, fatigue and poor sleep. As we age, NAD+ declines. Nicotinamide riboside increases NAD+ production.

Directions:

Adults: Take 2 capsules once a day, or as prescribed by a health professional.
