Valerian may be an effective herb for treating nervousness, digestive issues, circulation and sleep disorders.

Ingredients:

Valeriana officinalis (Valerian)
Origin: Europe & Asia

Directions:

Steep 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water for 20 minutes and cover. Drink 1-3 cups a day. 
Enjoy on its own or a great addition to make it more palatable is spearmint or peppermint.

Warnings

Only to be taken for 2-3 weeks at a time with a break of 7 weeks in between. 
5% of people may experience it as a stimulant instead of a sedative. It is advised to discontinue use if you experience this.
